Earned promotion to Editorial Layout Artist by developing my own digital tools as digital media coordinator and being noticed by Art Director. Offered even better position at the same company just three weeks later, by demonstrating digital creative and technical skills, in a very critical situation. Final role became Group Production Artist. A title created to best utilize my illustration and image compositing skills toward improving magazine editorial and cover design.

Built art department from scratch for startup greeting card company while simultaneously maintaining production schedules. Grew Department into four full time professionals and lead them toward the successful design of new gift products quarterly. Products distributed in over 72 countries with contracts from distribution moguls such as Walmart.

Over 11 year freelance relationship, developed brand, digital systems, tools, training, website, and marketing for Innovative Vacuum Solutions, an industrial vacuum pump company. Services included logo design, technical illustration, CRM development, e-mail marketing, custom interactive PDF forms, e-commerce solution and product database of over 2000 products. IVS was purchased by Edwards Vacuum in 2016.
